The
environment
is
not
a
luxury
that
we
can
afford
to
ignore.
It
is
a
fundamental
part
of
our
existence,
and
we
must
take
action
to
protect
it.
One
such
small
step
has
been
taken
by
the
members
of
Param
Foundation.
A
team
led
by
Bhabatirtha
Goswami,
State
Coordinator
&
Project
Lead
organised
a
plantation
drive
as
a
part
of
the
"City
Plantation
Drive"
on
the
occasion
of
World
Environment
Day at MVM-3 and MVM 4, Guwahati.
The
entire
team
of
Param
Foundation
planted
a
few
saplings
at
Maharishi
Vidya
Mandir
Public
School
-3
,
Barsajai
engaging
with
small
children
letting
them
plant
some
as
well
to
make
them
understand
the
importance
of
trees
in
Mother
Earth,
shaping
their
mind
also
in
an
eco
-
friendly
manner
as
the
future
of
this
country,
of
the
world
it
is
highly
necessary
for
the
youth
to
become
aware
of
the
ongoing
climatic
crisis
and
a
way
to
resolve
this
issue
for
a
better
future.
The
representatives
of
the
Teaching-staff
of
MVM-3
supported
&
accompanied the Team throughout the event.
The
team
also
visited
MVM-4,where
they
planted
a
number
of
saplings
at
different
areas
of
the
campus.The
Principal
along
with
the
other
teachers
bestowed
their
guidance
and
took
part
in
the
event
with
a
great
zeal.
The
team
also
got
the
able
guidance
and
support
of
the
ANO
and
his
NCC
Cadets
to
make
the
event
successful.
The
school
students
too
showed
their
enthusiasm
by
being
active
in
the
event
and
helping in planting the saplings.
